GUIDE TO MAKING A MOULD

Step 1

Cut 6 planks of wood of your choosing (easier with soft woods like pine and beach)

Plane the wood to create a trapezium (for hexagon, plane a 60-degree angle)

Glue together with no nails glue (any strong all-purpose glue)

Once glue has dried, fill in any gaps, space with wood filler (use appropriate colour for the wood)

Once wood filler has dried, clean rough surfaces using sandpaper or files

Then apply wood stain or varnish to preserve/ protect wood from moisture (colour and number of layers is subject to consumer)
